WHAT IS WELLNESS COACHING?
WHERE SOUL MEETS SCIENCE
Coaching is a collaborative, co-creative experience. I don't heal or fix you; you are not and have never been broken. I help you to identify and focus on what matters to you, what you value most, what is missing or has been ignored in your life and health. Together, we formulate a plan to achieve your health goals and keep you focused on how to maintain success. Change is hard to make (and keep) without sustained motivation and accountability. I offer a safe, confidential space in which to explore how your life is unfolding and how you’d like to shape it.
Rediscover the passion in and for your life. Grab the reins to shape your health and happiness.
Send me an email or set up a quick phone or zoom call to talk about working together.
I am available for:
individual coaching appointments
group motivation and coaching meetings
family-based nutrition and health programs
soulcollage® sessions - individual sessions and group workshops
Although I love to meet in person for those who can, I also adore offering my services (both the entirety of the visits as well as some follow-up appointments) virtually. This means we connect via Zoom - an easy, user-friendly site that allows us to talk and see each other over a computer or phone. Meeting virtually allows you to remain comfortable in your home, avoiding traffic and parking and time out of your busy life. This means more time to get to know each other and create the magic for healing to happen. It also allows me to have varied hours available to you and the ability to work from anywhere. As a proponent of personal freedom, financial empowerment and right livelihood, this set-up supports not only who I am but what I teach.
Coaching is different from a doctor. It's important for you to know that I am no longer practicing Medicine as a Primary Care Provider. My services are in a Coaching capacity only. You still need a Primary Care Provider for your general, preventative and acute care needs.
Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?
